The hotel has falsely charged my credit card for $200 because they claim that three pillows were missing from the room. I left all hotel items in the room. I was not notified of the missing items or sent an invoice, the charge just appeared on my credit card.

I asked the general manager to provide details and documentation but have not received anything.
