My daughter and I stayed at Best Western Northpark in Covington, LA for one night. I paid with my debit. After reviewing my checking account two days later, I noticed they charged me an additional $50, no reason given. I emailed the Best Western customer service line about it. A week later, no response, emailed again. Two weeks later they finally respond and instead of refunding the charge, they falsely accuse me of stealing two pillows. What!! You couldn't pay me to take hotel pillows. I took NOTHING and reminded them that they could review their surveillance video to prove this, we came in and left, two people with one small suitcase that couldn't even fit their two big pillows. This seems like a pretty good way for such an empty hotel to scam patrons out of additional money they didn't earn, watch out.
