Tried to contact manager in response to lengthy list of maintenance and staff training issues that resulted in extremely poor night's rest following very lengthy day road tripping. Managedr never showed up. Emailed manager. nmo response. Notified Best Western Customer Service, who contacted manager. No response.

Brought Better Business Bureau into the discussion. Manager finally responsded to somebody by sending a semi-literate 9-word incomplete sentence stating they could not issue a refund. Obviously, a bald-faced lie - they CAN issue a refund, but they WON'T.

More importantly, what company's professional management totally ignores customer concerns?
