Complaint Review: Best Western Port Allen LA

This Hotel had Bed bugs in more than one room, I know I got bit in more than one room. I finally had to give up on this Hotel even though it seems nice internally. I don't think the management understand that bed bugs cannot be seen by naked eye. They cannot be killed by pesticides. They can only be killed by isolating them from people and humidity for 1 year. The mattresses need to be bagged and not opened up. This is better than replacing them, because the bed bugs will just jump into the new mattress.
