We were qouted a rate and confirmed the rate upon check-in. When we received our bill, we were charged almost 3 times the qouted rate. We were quoted a $99/night rate (steep for a Best Western) but due to the fact we were going to be in the area for business every 60 to 90 days, (this was our third stay at this property) the manager agreed to upgrade the room to an over sized King, which we received, and then had to move to a regular room due to No Heat! I called my credit card company on the spot, Chase Visa, and was told I was protected. When i fomally diputed this, the motel fabricated a composite registration to look like I had signed for the $269 rate charged. This was total fraud. I had 2 other rooms rented for employees who were over charged also. Example: One employee's credit card was charged $469 for a 6-pack of beer. This is a total Scam and Rip-Off and the Public Needs to Know.
