Before the sale, they were the most helpful and polite people. After Best Windows and Doors received my down payment, their customer service and entire transaction went downhill.

I have several complaints against this company, but my main complaint and purchase was a new entry door. Immediately after the installation, it was obvious to any average person that the installation and product had issues as there was sunlight visible around the seal of the closed door as well as several holes in the sealant around the exterior of the door. My guess was the door or door frame is either bent (not parallel) or manufactured with errors causing the seal problems.

The day after the installation they called on a holiday for final payment. Several weeks after my complaint I had to submit my complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before they would return my calls and arrange for repairs. After they completed repairs to satisfy the BBB that they attempted to resolve my complaints, they made things even worse.
From the air leakage, I have submitted pictures with ice buildup on the edge of the door.

This has made it impossible to open the door on several of our winter mornings - potentially dangerous, definitely a defective product. Because of the installers not using proper sealant and not insulating around the door frame, it also ruined the solid oak trim. The professional service person did not replace the oak trim but painted over the solid oak trim with white paint, and then used a sealant on the inside of the house sealing the oak trim to the tile flooring!!! The door has not been fixed, warranty apparently does not apply, and for each of my complaints Mr. Anderson has a reason why this should be my fault and not his responsibility. I have not only been greatly disappointed with the products and the visual disaster the installers created in my home, but much more with the lack of integrity, and apparent disregard and respect for the customer displayed from owner Ron Anderson.
