I ordered tanning lotion on 5/11/07 for $49.95. As of today 7/6/07 I still have not received my product. I wish I could have my money back. I can't believe a copy could use my money but, not give me a product. I have contacted them Via E-mail, Phone calls, and I also had WITI (FOX 6) milwaukee TV station send them a letter asking for my money. I wish I would have my money back. I feel I was used.

OK people here's the deal. This company has STOLEN from us. We are powerless to really do anything about it. Except for this little nugget of info I got from a friend that used to work in a large credit card fraud department.
Now EVERYONE has to do this to bring this lying company to it's greedy dishonest knees. You have to file a fraud report with your credit card company. I don't know the exact name of the report but just say to whoever takes your call you have been defrauded. They will then get you the necessaries to file a grievance against the company. You will get 100% of your money credited to you account on approval of the report (which will happen because the evidence is in our favor) and THEY will go after the company.
But here's the BEST part! After only 5 reports an investigation is launched and after 10 they company is fined BIG TIME. Then with each additional report the fine grows and grows until the company is forced to fold.
It's a long shot but it's worth it to bring down this miserable company. I also have people working to get, well ... let's say phone numbers that will actually have people on the other side that are responsible for this scam! We're gonna get the last word!
