Fraudulent and systematic misrepresentation of cell-phone manufacturers warrantee on web site. Best buy sells new unlocked phones that on their websites with a 1 year parts and labor warrantee. I bought a phone on an American express card that doubles the manufacturer warrantee, unfortunately after less then 4 months we had a hardware malfunction in the phone. We then spent > 10 hours, and a lot of aggrivation talking with Blackberry, Best Buy, American express. Each pointed a figure in the opposite direction. Bottom line according to Blackberry- unlocked phones have NO warrantee.  Best buys site misrepresents this to the consumer but will not accept returns beyond 14 days.
