Complaint Review: Bestbuy

Bestbuy Insignia didn't honour the warranty for TV even though it hasn't ended and gave me the run around Vancouver Nationwide

This has got to be one of the baddest days of my life. My POS Insignia TV developed a dead pixel on the screen. The TV is still under the manufacturer's warranty.

I didn't buy the geeksquad service plan aka extended warranty. I phoned Bestbuy and the operator told me I have to contact Insignia to arrange for the TV to be fixed because I didn't purchase the service plan. So I phoned Insignia to see what they can do.

This broad from Insignia told me to bring the TV along with receipt to the geeksquad counter for them to take a look at the TV. I told this tramp that I already phoned Bestbuy and the only thing they can suggest is to contact Insignia. You see where I'm getting at.

Phone tag. I asked the Insignia w***e if I could at least phone Bestbuy and talk with geeksquad to see if I should bring the TV in or not because I didn't want to waste my time going there for nothing. The ignorant Insignia b*tch kept insisting I bring the TV into the geeksquad counter along with my receipt to have them take a look at it.

I insisted to her that the Bestbuy operator told me to contact Insignia to get it fixed and the only thing they'll tell me to do is contact Insignia. Feeling frustrated, I told her off. Then I phoned the Bestbuy store and talked to another b*tch and asked to speak with the store manager.

I told her the situation. She said most likely I have to call Insignia to get it serviced. The f*cking Insignia doesn't honour their warranties.

The TV warranty doesn't end until Nov 27th of this year. I told the Bestbuy operator that I don't want to bring in the TV only for me to be told to bring it back home and call Insignia. Eventually, she hung up on me.

Bottom line, Bestbuy is f*cked, Insignia is f*cked. After being a loyal customer of Bestbuy for many years ordering stuff both online and instore, they snub me. I remember one of the first things I ordered from Bestbuy.

An HP Color Laserjet 2600N. After ordering at least 50 and most likely way more than 50 items online and spending thousands upon thousands of merchandise from them, this is the respect I get?

F*CK Insignia. F*CK Bestbuy is what I told the Insignia biatch. This isn't the only bad thing that happened to me today. Some low life hacked into my computer and deleted all my video files. Please like this post if you think Bestbuy is the sh*ts too.
