bestbuy wont sell mobilephone without new contract Internet

i called bestbuy (aug 24,2010) and ask them to check milpitas branch for celphone inventory,

the guy on the phone told they have 5 in stock 3 on hold 2 is available, i went there

and JIMMY told me they will not sell the phone without contract.

 

then i order it by phone inside the store, they charge my credit for for a retail of $549, while the price at store is $499. then i waited for 30 minutes on the phone,

and the lady on the phone said that the system is waiting for the milpitas store to respond and confrm availability of the phone. then i cancelled the order that moment and until now (sept 03, 2010) they are holding the pre-authorization amount to my credit card, ripppppppppp offffffffffffffffffffffffff
