Complaint Review: Bestfriendhusky.com

We researched this breeder and did not see any bad reports.  I was hesitant to use a breeder that was out of state, but since I didn't see any negative posts, we decided to move foward with buying a Siberian Husky puppy.  The website bestfriendhusky.com looks very professional and has working hyperlinks.

We spoke with Kevin Franklin about the available puppies and when we felt comfortable, we decided to buy our puppy through him. We filled out some paperwork and then paid with a credit card through Western Union.  Kevin immediately responded letting us know that they received payment and would be booking a flight to ship our puppy two days later.

The day before shipment, we reached back out to Kevin who reassured us that we would receive our puppy the next day.  That morning, we reached out to him again to get the flight information and couldn't get a hold of him.  We tried numerous times that morning and then started realizing that we had be ripped off!

Please do not get scammed by this company like we did!  I will be filing a fraud report with the consumer protection agency as well.
