I placed order with BestLifeRX.com for prescription medication. Cost was $147.88. I received an email confirmation that order would take 4-5 weeks delivery. I never received the product, thus I contacted the company via email. Their response was that they will resend the product and will take another 4-5 weeks. Again I never received the product and complained to the company about the situation. They could not provide a "tracking" number and only stated that its unfortunate that the transaction was over 30 days for they would issue an refund.

Since the first shippment was to take (prolong the issue?) 4-5 weeks, I would never had been able to take advantage of the refund policy. When I search their web site for the policy, I find another policy that states "don't complain to your credit card company about your transactions for 'we' have to pay a fine and over 90 days your credit card company won't help you". I looked into the credit card portion, and it is correct they won't help after 90 days.

The interesting parts are: the previous complaint on the company states the previous address is in India (Its now Cyprus????? RED FLAGS); They try to get the customer to be patient for over the 100 day period in order to clear the credit card fines; They bill your credit card under SHOP.com (THUS DON"T SHOP AT SHOP.COM); They do not have a phone number to call!! (RED FLAG).

What can I do..............nothing except complain on this web site......
