They sent me a defective item (water pump). Cost $43 +$9.80 S&H.

They quizzed me twice (email) about whether or not it was defective. (??)

When they finally sent me an RMA, the only remittance that they offered was to remit for the item ($43). I had an exchange of emssgs for which I laid it on them that it was not good customer relations to send a customer a defective item and then leave the exchange with $19.60 of shipping ($9.80 each way) charged to the unfortunate customer for no item. They hid behind a (1) 'company policy statement' and (2) that they were a Christian-based enterprise. I should have recognized those flags, so in that respect I am at fault.

But it should not happen again to other unsuspecting customers of BestNest.
