bestorlandoattractions.com Tropical Tours R Us, Major Vacation Resort Scam on vacation package, took my money and won't refund Internet
On 5/18/17, I called regarding a fax received at work, memo to all employees from H.R. Department regarding Employee Travel Program. Top of page says 100% Money back guarantee and 30 days to review package, I spoke to several people, emailed several times, they got $486 out of me for the 6 days 5 night package not including airfare, they sent me an email to confirm my vacation package, but I would have to send a copy of my ID first, which I never did!! There was no package to look at just a website, www.bestorlandoattractions.com, I decided not to take the package amongst many reasons so I called to get a refund, they then told me it was non refundable, 1 person said I could get a refund just send an email to fun@bestorlandoattractions.com, I did this, no response, I called several times and got the run around and started getting hung up on, so they got my money and it was never even activated! Please help!
