Complaint Review: Bestpricecameras

Experience similar to many others.
Ordered a Camera online, the price was supposed to be $499. The confirmation email did not have a total price on it. I called up to clarify the cost of the order, at that point I was told that the camera did not have a charger and I needed one, plus a cover for the lens and an extra battery. The total for the add ons was supposed to be $320. I was not given a clear total for the order. After a few minutes I receive a phone call from my bank telling me that I was being charged $ 1477, that is an extra $ 657 from my expected total. I call back Bestpricecameras and I am told that they have express fees, shipping fees, other fees. I ask to cancel the order, they tell me that it is not possible the order has been already shipped. It was 1 hour after my order and it is SUNDAY. I ask to talk to the manager they put my on hold for more than one hour nobody answers the phone. I told my bank to refuse the charge, the camera is actually shipped on Tuesday, I refuse to accept the package.
This company is an online scam should be stopped.
