Letting these people have your credit card info could be as big a mistake as you'll ever make. Unscrupulous doesn't begin to cover it. In addition to my camera, a Nikon D7000, I ordered buy-one-get-one-free items. They weren't in the shipment. Then I discovered that they'd double charged me for the order. Major money. A bad review placed elsewhere prompted a call from them promising to ship the missing items and assuring me their bookkeeping department would correct the erroneous charge immediately -- and would I please withdraw my review. They did NOT correct the erroneous charge and the promised items haven't been received many days later. This is far and away the most unscrupulous merchant I've ever encountered. My next moves will involve our attorney general's consumer fraud division and the Better Business Bureau and my own lawyer, too.

Wanting to get rid of the merchandise I had bought, I finally got BestPricePhoto.com to supply a return authorization form, which included their mailing label. I sent the merchandise via UPS at a cost of $26 for shipping and $1,400 insurance. After finding no refund on my credit card, I tracked the package and learned that UPS had not been able to deliver the package during business hours on three attempts because BPP was allegedly closed, which seems extremely doubtful. The New York Better Business Bureau had contacted the company, which claimed that I had placed two orders, one via web and one via telephone. Utterly false and ludicrous in the extreme. The company had telephoned me to confirm my mailing address and attempt to sell additional items. BPP said they'd ship the additional items and didn't. Next they asserted that I had chosen an option to upgrade the items I'd bought instead of 2-for-1. Again false. This matter still isn't resolved. My package was returned today but I'm out another $26 and still have this equipment I don't want. This is the most unscrupulous operation I've ever encountered. I'm now filing complaints with the attorneys general of my state and New York.
