My Name is John Fay, I an the Owner of Bestrentals in Newark NJ. I have only owned it for a couple of years. They have my company listed with other Companys that i have nothing to do with. Now or in the Past. All the information is incorrect.
First off. ALL of our clients have buyer protection directly through our merchant. second, I email and deal directly with every client one on one. and available 24/7 for them. Note: We do not sale just list of Apartment rentals as the other companies.
We have a Customer Service rep work directly with all of our clients. Start to Finish.
This So called Compaint is a Complaint filed by a actual Client of Renting Concepts / Rentingconcepts.com. word for word. All they did was change their Company name to ours. IT IS A Fake. take it with a grain of salt. Call me. Talk to me. my name is John and I can be reached always at 201-708-7368 just like for my clients. If a client has a problem as they do, it happens. I address it!! and we work hard to resolve it. and sometimes it can not be resolved and I always do the right thing to end in a positive result. Rentingconcepts has since day one of their opening operated without integity and good judgment.
Since they opened they have been fired by 2 seperate brokers for fraud and scamming. and changed their name multiple times. They even went so far as to create a Flagging program for craigslist to flag competitors which now has been disabled by craigslist. and the guy who created it has since let them and sued them. I will provide you with this information Just call me. They right now have taken my ads off of craigslist and put them directly on their web site. without checking to see if its a Landlord or another company. Shady right? Simply put.
