I was on my computer when all of a sudden I received a pop up box and it started scanning my computer and stating that I had over 30 viruses. It stated that my computer was at risk and I had no virus protection and recommended that I purchase the anti-virus software, because it looked so scary and I thought something was going to happen to my computer I purchased the software, and the viruses were gone. However, I could not locate the software after the purchase. I also saw a charge to my account, for $99.90 and not for the $59.99 they said they would charge for a year of protection. I could not locate a number to call nor did I ever receive an email confirming my purchase.
