This site claims to offer a great one-stop shop to make marketing pages easily.

I registerd on 10/30 for BestSqueezePages.com and after a month of working the software and figuring out how I would use it, I began to create pages in late November.

By Dec 1st I had questions to ask to complete my knowledge of many of the nuances to the software and site and were NOT contained in the numerous videos and pdfs that I watched and read.  So I DID do my homework first.

After submitting several tickets in the client services area on the site I sent a series of emails asking for help on Nov 25.  By Dec 1st I sent this one;subject line =

"HELP! Customer Service Needed for IBMarketing.biz"
It contained a bullet pointed format for questions; very easy to read and understand.

Then a response came which was very dismissive and in no way taking the time to answer the "several" questions contained in the email.

When I finally started getting assistance to get my marketing pages where I could begin using the links to post on several sites that would "point back" to the marketing page, many of the vendors, where I was attempting to place the link, rejected my articles because the links to the site pages were not working.  I had 3 pages that I had created using their software.

BetterSqueezePages responded continuously that I should "clear my cache", "its on your end", etc....not a once accepting the fact that 1) I have already set my internet settings to holding NOTHHING in cache and 2) I had 15 testers test the site links and nearly ALL of them said they failed on either Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.  If one worked, then the other didn't.  In any event the site links continued to be broken or work inconsistently.

They didn't even want to address this and were dismissive saying that they have hundreds of clients that don't have an issue.  What the truth may be is that these clients, whom aren't very technical, may not realize that their site page links may not be working!  I have a group of people whom I can draw upon to check these site links at any time and 15 people total check on my sites and they didn't work consistently or not at all.  This company was not quick to embrace the fact that the issue was on their end.

So this went on and on until they were clearly getting annoyed by my continued attesting and verifyable by many error messages I captured via screen shots, and times when THEY THEMSELVES tried it and it didn't work, but still the customer service didn't respond as other firms do.  At the end they told me to send all screenshots of images to howtoleads@gmail.com where a programmer would take care of it.  That programmer has NEVER contacted me.

I asked them to call me on several occasions because 1) the product they were offering was clearly not working and 2) no one escalated this to a manager that would try to resolve it personally.    No one EVER called nor responded to my request.

From Nov 25th to the December 11th, there were 81 total emails exchanged.  Most of them mine without any real response from customer service and most were related to the pages links (HTMLs) not working.  For the most part I dealt with a "Chris" and "Kevin" and I must say that if these guys worked for me, I would have fired them.  Many times I would ask several questions only to get a fast flippant answer on only 1 of the questions.   To be fair, one time they assisted me in making my site page work better but that was just one time.

This company has several sites all doing the same thing but masquerading as different companies.  Its possible that they may be too large, have too many clients, and cannot service them appropriately.

In any event, I have asked for a refund and have yet to receive and answer after 5 days of the request.  Heck, I haven't even gotten an email to address my disatisfaction nor, as I said before, have I received any communication from the programmer since my last email to them on December 11th.  Its almost 2 weeks later and NO COMMUNICATION at all.  If you value service as I do, you do not want to use this company!

Frankly many tech people to whom I have spoken informed me that this may be an issue that too many are on their hosting service and therefore they can't handle the capacity.   So the product they offer is flawed.

Beware this company in ANY of its forms (see the other site names).  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & INFERIOR PRODUCT.

I'll be happy to supply any of the emails that I have regarding this issue to anyone to prove to you that this really did happen.

To their point of my credibility being questionable because I did not know all the partnerships or associations to those other sites I mentioned, that in fact some were not BSP's, who cares?  I did my homework and found these connections.  Had they placed the appropriate contact information other than the non-responsive customer service email address on their site (physical address, phone, etc..), which what I was attempting to find via this homework, I would have not needed to look anywhere else.  Had they answered my repeated requests to speak to a manager/owner, we could have probably resolved it.  But they didn't.  End of story.

Anyway, I've already told my story so I'm not going to get into it further.  BSP questioned my credibility in their rebuttal and that demanded my response.  Perhaps they wont be so quick to do so in the future and instead take this experience and learn how to make their site better. That's what I would do as a responsible owner/manager.

Look, to their credit, I cancelled, they didn't dispute, and I got ultimately got my money back from the credit card company.

They do have an easy way of creating pages. This is very true.

But those pages HAVE to load quickly or they will appear to be "broken" or the "bounce rates" (visitors leave as soon as they arrive - in this example) will be high leading your marketing campaign to failure.

Let's part with no ill will.

I'll conclude with this and again restate I was able to get my refund.

Good luck to BSP and good luck to you.

Our service at BestSqueezePages is used on over 16,000 domains right now.  It is used by many who have never setup a website before.  We have 12-13 short video tutorials that cover everything.  For 99% of our users, this is all they need.

We do offer email support. We try to answer all questions same day.  On occassion, it may take longer (especially if a programmer is involved with something techinical.  However, this is very rare).

We offer a number of different services at BestSqueezePages that adds up to a great value.  We have helped 1000s of businesses generate more leads and sales.  And we do it at a very low price.  Sometimes the tradeoff with the low cost is the instant support.  But, once again, the system is very easy to setup and use.

See Demo Herehttp://bestsqueezepages.com/Squeeze-Page-Demo.html

This is how easy it is to setup squeeze pages.  The service also comes with full hosting.  We do not offer support on using a cpanel to upload website files from 3rd parties or with Wordpress Installs (although we do have a tutorial on how to add a Wordpress Site).

The other websites this complaint lists have no connection to BestSqueezePages.  Some are owned by us.  Others are not.  They are all independent of each other with different services and support help.

First of all, this customer was not a buyer of any other service from us.

Second, he is not aware of anything these other services and websites do.  His comment that "company has several sites all doing the same thing but masquerading as different companies" is false and it's the first red flag for his credibility.

However, this customer purchased the squeeze page system.  He immediatley sent an email requesting phone support to ask questions about our SEO program, he followed that up with several emails about the reasons we should use Vimeo over Youtube, he sent us an email asking us to click a link to a download of a video player,

About 3 weeks later he emailed and asked about how to add his own image, how to add a link to a page, and how to create a new page. These are questions that are answered in the short tutorials that we have.  It is clear this customer did not want to take the time to learn the simple basics.

Here is an example of the tutorial on how to add an image: http://bestsqueezepage.com/add-image.html

There are several short videos (1-4 minutes) that explain how to setup your squeeze pages and how to cusomize a page.  They are all like the above example and cover 99% of it.

This customer choose not to review these "How To" videos to cover the basics.

Once again, our service is used by 1000s. It is very easy to use.  The tutorials and guides cover 99% of it.  For any additional help we offer email support.
