Complaint Review: BestTIX.net

I orded a ticket for 680USD on this site. They sent me an email from a 'Monica' telling me that my card was unautherized and had to transfere the money to their bank accont in Bulgaria.
I did this, but as my flying day was arriving I still didn't get any response from them. My mails were unanswered and the phone was always engaged. 3 days after I transfered the money I finally went to the bank to cancel the transformation.
I discovered this page and am really glad it did cancel in time.
