Beth Coats sold Robin Anderson a German Shepherd puppy with fuill knowledge that Robin Anderson would never receive the registration paperwork. The dog was purchased for breeding purposes and registration paperwork was promised. Robin Anderson paid over $2,600.00 for the dog and never received the registration paperwork. Our investigation found many others that have been defrauded out of money the very same way.

To make matters worse, Beth Coats husband D. Fred Coats is co-owner of Eichen Hugel German Shepherds and is also the county attorney in McDowell County North Carolina. He is responsible for bringing Civil Matters before the court. We have transcripts of conversations with Donald Fred Coats and other people that have been ripped off and he just says leave us alone. Fat Chance!

The scam does involve more that just Beth and D. Fred Coats. There are several persons involved in this scam that is uncovering many people. Beth Coats and Gina Valetutti and Amel Sefer are all part of a group called "Team Carolina" they have advertised dogs for sale on each of their websites. All of the websites were advertising the same dogs and we know many people that were defrauded out of thousands by Team Carolina.

Robin Anderson has taken her case to the District Attorney in McDowell County North Carolina and has reported the scam as a victim of a crime. Robin also intends to bring the investigation to the local television news, local newspapers as well as a huge web presence.

Buyers beware, if you do business with Beth Coats, you will be ripped off. Beth Coats sells horses online Candyland Maltese puppies online and the Eichen Hugel German Shepherds online. Beth Coats will claim that the dogs she sold without papers were for a friend and she was just doing a good deed. The money trail ends at Beth Coats. Dogs were advertised on Beth Coats website and all communications were between buyers and Beth Coats.
