Beth is the trustee on the will, my father died 2 years ago, the will clearly states that at a minimum a quarterly payment must be sent, she only sent 2 payments the first year, she told me we would be getting 12k per year, 4 times a year 3k, and now this year ,
after waiting 4 quarters, she sent only 3k, thats 9k short, she also is ordered by the will to send me information on the trust, profit and loss, on the assets, there are only 3 assets, and for 2 years i ask her to show me what these assets earned, she has not showed me them, mean while she keeps taking her money, she has also refused to show me what work she has done on the trust. to earn this money.
she is an attorney and works teaching law at chatum college in new york, after 24 months i should of had 24k, per her e mails , but i only got 16k. so she is short, 9k, to me thats a crook, and i have no idea whats really going on. she has refused now for 2 years to follow the will. i hope no one else has to go through this. all i have ever asked is just to have the will followed, i guess people get greedy. she is ripping me off and the trust my dad set up.

Reports such as this should be investigated as to the truthfulness and mental healthof the individual making the claim. The information provided has no resemblance to the truth and is merely a figment of imagination and should be removed which would be the responsible thing to do.

The negative report posted against my cousin Beth G Schwartz by Howard is a lie and is being posted by a disgruntled and mentally unstable person. Beth G Schwartz is a legal professional and law professional with the utmost respect from her family and peers. As she is trustee of our families trust myself and the rest of the beneficiaries of this trust can attest to anyone that she is following exactly what is intended. She was selected as trustee because of her integrity and legal knowledge.
The author of the negative comment and reviews on your site is not able to accept the facts from anyone including his own legal professionals and his posting of this information on your website is evidence that he intends to inflict harm on his family. This is extremely disturbing and your site playing party to this behavior is even more harmful. Please advise what is necessary to have this extremely harmful information removed from public view.

The "victim" has received detailed explanation many times from accountants, attorneys and educated relatives but cannot or will not make any attempt to understand the terms of the will. All details of this report should be ignored.

I am aware of the situation that motivated this report and it is a slur on a reputable professional and needs to be removed. The "victim" refuses to understand the terms of the will and has received detailed explanation many times from attorneys, accountants and close relatives. This report should be removed and the person who made this report will hopefully receive the mental help needed.
