Complaint Review: Bethany College

On March 7, 2005, I went to FBI, United States Post Office and Las Vegas Metro to report Postal Fraud and have been a victim of Identity theft for several years. Each event has been reported to Federal Trade Commission, FBI, Bethany College in Las Vegas where I attend and to the Main Campus in Scotts Valley to Richatrd Israel.

The students here in Las Vegas DO NOT have student ID cards! On this same date and time someone used my identifying information and the other party filed a Domestic Violence Order of Protection in my name and went to court.

This all by itself stops me from obtaining any further financial aid from the Federal government. I have no proclivity for violence. I have not been aware of any court dates. Everything was correct on the complaint/order of protection except the address of 3720 Tranquility Ridge court, here in Las Vegas.

I have no idea as to who was battered, who battered them or students who signed witness staements. You will not find my image on Bethany Las Vegas security cameras or on the sign in sheet for that day. I have not been in class since Feb 11, 2005 with Dean Sanner. This address has been reported before to authorities.

Earlier this year my class schedule was changed without my knowledge or permission along with student identification and password. Whoever did it dropped me below the required credit hour level. I appealed it and have recieved no reponse from the school. Bethany is aware that I am sensitive to chemicals and seem to violate the ADA.

They refused to translate my military transcripts for puposes of graduation this year and have mis-identified me as male when I am a married female. My husband is a student at Bethany College as well. It seems that when I started to protest (last date Feb.28, 2005) and gave them my grades from CCSn this expulsion occured on March 7th, 2005

I was expelled by email from Richard Isreal, Maximo Rossi and James Stewart. As a result I have been expelled under false pretenses. Bethany is holding my transcripts for not signing a phoney withdrawal or exit statement that claims that I withdrew or graduated, so they can cover their actions.

They have changed records and two of my grades to lower grades and instructors have attempted to dissuade me from finishing in my chosen professions. This is an Assymblies of God Church affiliated College. I cannot have my transcripts forwarded to another college after I have paid for a copy for myself and the other college.

Bethany College is attempting to prevent me from finishing my education there or anywhere else and is causing undue hardship for student loans that are coming due because of their actions and the false pretenses of others.

I am an Honors student in a dual degree program for ministry/psychology and I am on the National Dean's List and earned a $1,000.00 scholarship for 2005 and earned all A's for the last semester, that they have voided through their negligence. It seems that my mistake is being female and a woman of color.
