I ordered one cross pendant from them and they charged my visa card. Every month they kept sending AND CHARGING my visa for stuff i did not order. I have sent all the merchandise back by UPS and even received a delivery confirmation and signature yet I have not receive a refund. I am planning on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud.

I have written numerous emails even sent copies of my visa with all the money they charged to it and still have gotten no results They now owe me over 175 dollars and have not gotten any kind of response.

Pleas eveyone reading this report them they are a bunch of rip off artists who make a job of stealing money and doing credit card fraud to everyone that orders from them. It is horrible how people can be so dishonest and as i type this I still have not gotten a refund. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM BETHEA SHE IS A THIEF AND SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD.

This is a total ripp off company, I don't think that Bethea Jenner even exists. I also got trapped in their not legal business methods. If you order one item, they don't tell you that you step into a monthly program. So be aware and don't buy from them.

That was the reason there were charges showing on your credit card and shipments sent to your house. In my email, I explained to you that we had cancelled the account and issued refunds to you.
