Placed a wager on the NE/Balt over 47.5 on Jan10th. Completed the bet. Saw the usual payout calculation and ticket number in bold red text. Today, no record on my account of the wager placed. Customer support was no help.
Moral of story (and probably dumb on my part for not following my own advice) ALWAYS save a screen snap or printout of your wager, showing account, amount, date, and ticket number.
