betonline.ag Steve Smith Deleted / Did not Honor SAVED wager & BOTS for Customer Service Internet
On September 30th, 2013 I placed two wagers on betonline.ag and SAVED the ticket and wager. Upon winning my wager was removed from my history and showed up as never placed. I proceeded to contact betonline.ag's customer service. Upon speaking to a Bot somebody by the name of "Steve Smith" took over and basically told me there was nothing that they could do and closed our chat session. betonline.ag refused to give me credit for my wager AND they refused to do anything to correct their poor customer service.
