Complaint Review: BetOnline AG

I won 200.00 from SuperBowl. I bet on Patriots to win. They charge me 10.00 processign fee, now there saying since i used a credit card i have to wait 7 days to get paid. On top of that, they only use western union for payouts under 500.00 dollars. You have no say in how to get your money. To avoid a 42.00 western umion fee i have to do this on a Friday. What another delay ! What 42.00 fee ! I bet 100.00 dollars, now between the 10 processing fee and 42.00 western union fee. that is 52.00 dolalrs in fee ! What a rip off. they don't you that in the beginnign do they ? Oh ya, i'ts real easy to bet, they take your money real quick but when it comes to payout and collecting your money, its nothing but a run around. Now I have to wait until this friday to request my money to avoid the 42.00 western union fee. Just unreal ! We'll see if i get more run around this friday when I request my pay out of 200.00 and not charged all these fees, which are making my payout even lower. This is the worst place. Never again. Thank God I only bet 100.00 and not any more. I would be even more mad if I was waiting for thousands of dollars. You jsut feel liek there giving you the run around. Stay away from this place ! I only bet on Superbowl so next year I will definatley not be using this website.
