The issue is explained in more detail on the twoplustwo poker forum. Betonline is currently attempting to steal 15,000 USD from me, in addition to over twice that from another individual. Betonline for over a month sends emails to all customers waiting payouts saying that the funds are on their way yet no receipt or swift number is provided and requests to provide such are ignored.
Betonline have been exploiting their customers for long enough, fundamentally this issue needs the widespread press it deserves and cannot continue perpetually. We have enough evidence to put together a case against betonline. Just because they are based in Panama does not give them immunity from breaking the law in the form of theft and fraud. I hope that this is heard across the online gaming community to prevent further illegalities and customer exploitation from taking place.
