Complaint Review: Better Benefits Organazation - OAN

An Indian person with a thick accent called me to "update" my information in the phone directory. I asked him multiple times if it was for the Yellowpages, and he told me that it was. I also told him that I did not want to subscribe for any free trial offers or subscriptions, and he insured me every time that he was just going to update my listing. He had me answer a bunch of questions like our address, phone number, and description of work.

A month or two later, we noticed a charge for 29.95 on our Embark bill for ISP & Webhosting service. It was billed by OAN to Embark. I called OAN's number on the bill, and they forwarded me to the Better Business Organization. A lady played back a recording that cut out most of the conversation, and claims that I agreed to sign up for this 29.95 service. She canceled my subscription but was not willing to take off any charges. I recorded this playback and listened to it many times over, but I don't hear him say anything about the pricing. I will proceed to write a letter to the Better Business Organization to demand credit back to my Embark account.
