Complaint Review: Better Business Bereau

The Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. is supposs to help companies and major corporations manage consumer disputes through its Dispute Resolution Division. Well evertime I have a complaint or a problem I write to them and they are supposs to respond. Well they never respond and when you camm their office to check up on the complaint, they either have you holding for a century or they say they don't have the complaint. I never been through any mediation or anything. BBB might as well go out of business because the way they are supooss to be conducting business isnt getting done. The representatives I speak to are nasty, rude and they act as if you are bothering them when you call. Well I guess its a very good excuse for this--- there located in DC and we all know that the mojority of DC people act as if they had no home training and they are GHETTO. BBB sucks.
