Complaint Review: Better Business Bureau Of Oregon And Washington Thebbb.org

I filed a complaint regarding a very obvious illegal credit action taken by Income Property Management of Portland, Oregon. Thebbb.org never even considered my side of the case and closed the case based on incomplete selected documents submitted the company. The person assigned to the case-- Lissa-- was totally incompetent, incapable of understanding the case, and more than a bit condescending.

It's obvious that The BBB, of Oregon/Washington and elsewhere, is just a pawn of private industry. Companies that are members are protected by the BBB, and large companies that are not members are seen as potential members if the BBB decides on their behalf. The only time the BBB decides against a business is when they are a small company not likely to become a source of income.
Don't waste your time with the BBB!!!
