PLEASE do NOT use the Better Business Bureau's arbitration services.  These people have no business being in the arbitration business.

The lastest is these people have had more than 32 days to copy a recording of an arbitration meeting and still have not been able or willing.  How difficult is it to copy an audio tape?  Am I the first one to ask for a recording?  Are there not $30 dollar boom boxes that have two audio tape players, one for playing and the other for recording?

It has been one excuse after another.  First, their employee who had the tapes was on vacation.  Then they said that they took it to a radio station and the copy came back blank.  Meanwhile, they claim that they actually made two recordings, one on cassette tape and one in digital format, but they still can't get one recording to me.

My problem is that I need this recording because it is the "transcript."  Without it, I cannot make an intelligent appeal.  After wasting 32 of my days, they are "kind" enough to give me an extention of 10 days.  Do they make these rules up as they go along?  Like they said in that old Mel Brooks movie, "It's good to be the king."

Does anyone know a lawyer who is willing and able to take on the BBB?
