Mr. Steven Scheiner owner of Better Carpet Care of Loganville ,Ga. agreed to install new carpeting in our house. He came recommended by our neighbor who used him & was pleased with his work.
Told us he needed $1000 payment to get carpet. Gave him check. cashed it next morning for Cash & vanished.
Phone was not working, no one living @ home address.
