How the items is packaged tells you a lot about the seller. They shipped 1" thick hard drive in 1.5" thick box with 1/4" of tightly wrapped bubble wrapper with "FRAGILE" label missing. The air tight HD punch had tears and indentations from the impacts as the box was tossed by the mail carrier. I would pack a brick like that but not a HD. They refused to provide a return shipping label. 

They claim the product has 3 years warranty. However any failure of HD means a loss of data, and painful data recovery. They certainly did not help the product to last.

All other hard drives, even OEM, I ordered online where its own cardboard box with plastic holders isolating it from all sides of the box. These boxes were in turn put inside an box with ample air packs.
