Honestly I don't know where to start with. I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining time and wasting money. First they try to scare you that someone could steal your credit card information and your identity and once you start talking with them they will tell you Oh!
Your identity is already stolen and we need all your personal information to dispute the Negative items and at that stage they will scare you and get your card information and they will tell you they won't charge it. But guess what they will charge your card the very next day. And to my surprise the Merchant processor is not even from United States.
They will steal your identity and your card information and you won't be even able to Dispute . I have made a complaint already to Authorities and they are investigating about this company. All they do is false advertising of their services and claim what they really can not do.
Stay away from them.
They are also operating with multiple names.

Deadbeats live a life of running up credit accounts, not paying on time and turning on legitimate collections activities. The creditor PROPERLY reports them to the various credit bureaus. The deadbeats think there's some magic process they can go thru to remove the correctly reported bad credit reputation.
The scammers know this and the tell the deadbeats exactly what they want to hear. The deadbeats then come to sites like this to cry and whine when they find out they've been scammed! Boo h*o! Anybody who knows anything about credit knows there's no such thing as "credit repair". If there is WRONG information contained on the credit report, anybody can have that removed FOR FREE!
If the information about not paying your bills on time is correct, it has a right to be there and there's NOTHING you can do to have it removed. It will automatically fall off seven years after the last collection activity! THOSE ARE THE FACTS ABOUT CREDIT REPORTS whether you like to believe them or not. If you want gold credit, simple process...just do what you promised to do when you were granted credit...pay your bills on time!
