Better Global Business Communication phone call demanding,that apayment be made for something i didn't order. Calfornia Nationwide
Our office received a phone call from (Chanel Peterson) later part of Oct. 2008 She stated that she represents Better Global Business communications.
She preceded to say that in Oct. 2007, I gave a verbal agreement to Better Global Communication (don't know for what)
Now I owe them $599.00.
Better Business Communication files an invoice with a credit department (Exelco) demanding that I make payment to them immediately, then my account will be closed.
This company is a scam and rip off. I never ordered anything from or gave them permission to charge our business.
What can I do to get these people off my back.
They didn't provide me with an address, telephone number, or fax number.

Two other businesses called our office in Oct. 2008, stating that in Oct. 2007, we made a verbal agreement with an offer they gave us, not stating what that offer was but we owe them a fee and if we pay immediately, our account will be closed. They are taking advantage of small business.
