I hired Better Moving Services to move dining room furniture from PA to CA. They arrived at mother-in-law's house at 9 pm when they were to arrive at 11 a.m. Charged one half of the estimate that they quoted. They asked her to initial that there was no extra cf or packing material used
In reality, she initialed where it said there was extra packaging used and that the cubic feet was larger than estimated.
The furniture has never shown up at my house.
