The Better Pasta Pot is advertised on TV and, with immediate order, got a Bonus Package free of charge.
They got the order wrong in the first place; had ordered three Better Pasta Pots, each with a free bonus package.
Got one box with one Better Pasta Pot and three bonus packages.
The shipping and handling is $37.96!!!!!! So, the order came to $59.95!! When I called to see if this was a mistake, they don't have an 800 number, so had to call long-distance.
The explanation is that each bonus package is free, but the shipping and handling for each is $9.99!!! And they won't refund the shipping and handling if the box has been opened!!
This is outrageous!!!!
