Being a former Gold Member of Better Universe, I saw how commissions were not being paid timely, and some commissions still have not paid to members. I contacted Better Universe in February, and asked why my commissions were incorrect.

Some have been corrected, however I recently received an email from Mr. Bob Bowen, stating that these commissions were not going to be paid, as no one else has been paid on them either, even though it's in the compensation plan. I have emails from the company stating that when they turn on the marketing, millions will join as members by the end of 2005, and these members will be placed below us creating spillover to the matrix.

They have promised many things, but shown little for value. They are starting to introduce a few new items, however some of the items I had purchased in the past, were of no quality. I joined for the streaming media (as many others did), and it never happened. They talk big, but nothing happens, except that they continue to charge from $19.95 - $199.95 a month, and tell you to just hang in there and good things will come.

I brought a good number of people into this program, and now everyone asks where the value is. It was all misleading lies that brought us into this program. I sent a letter to Better Universe asking that they refund me of all charges for myself, and some others, and they did not respond, so now I will post my message on the internet to make others aware, and they can then make their own decision whether or not they want to join this program.

THIS IS TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THIS WEBSITE TO INFORM CONSUMERS BEFORE THEY WASTE THEIR SO HARD EARNED MONEY. I GOT TO THE BETTER UNIVERSE WEBSITE AND BEFORE I SPEND MY MONEY I DECIDED TO DO A SEARCH HERE AND FOUND SOME TROUBLE WITH THIS BUSINESS. ONCE AGAIN THANKS A LOT THERE ARE TOO MANY RIP-OFFS OUT THERE WE MUST BE ALERT AS A CONSUMER. I ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE RUSS DALBEYS "AMERICAS NOTE NETWORK" THEY CHARGED ME 3000 FOR A PROGRAM AND WHEN I DID THE SEARCH I CALLED FOR MANY DAYS WITH OUT A RESPONSE BUT BY CONTACTING THE COLORADO BBB I WAS ABLE TO EMAIL THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS CONTACT AND THEY REFUND ME THE MONEY AND I ALSO SENT THE BOOKS BACK AND CONTACTED HIM AGAIN AND OBTAINED A REFUND FOR THAT PURCHASE TOO. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AND NOW I AM VERY CAREFULL, IF I SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUTH IS A LIE...THANKS AGAIN.
