Complaint Review: BetterHelp.com

Betterhelp site mental health site they said the trial was free and you won't be charged for subscription. and just a week later they charges 140 pounds from my card even though i didnt use it. i emailed them for refund and they won't reply. Sunnyvale California

I was been told that I won't be chared for a week subscription or any later subscription plans until I choose one.

I never chose a plan but they charged me 146 pounds without my knowledge when i didn't even select any plans and they cut the money from my card without asking me

Now when I email them about refund, they didn't reply and I want the refund right now as I didnt use it.
