We are Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Ltd, based in Lagos Nigeria, we wish to formally complain to you about a business contact we got through the US Embassy in Nigeria Franchisee and Franchisor in 2008 in Washington DC with the below address:

Beverage Plus Inc.

2620 Regatta Dr., Ste. 102,

Las Vegas, NV 89128. USA

Phone - +1702-586-0249

During the exhibition, the company displays energy Drink, and as a producer of MC2 Energy Drink which we were interested in, our contact persons there were Ron Serota the President and Morton Colby.

We made series of payments to them for the production of MC2 Energy Drink with the hope to becoming the sole distributor in Nigeria.  We paid 100,000 USD for the franchise.  The sums of $20,600,  $75,000 and $60,000 respectively were transferred and receipt of the same was confirmed by mail by the above named company for the production and shipment of the finished goods.  We were promised that the finished products would reach us here in Nigeria latest by middle of year 2009 which never came to pass.

We would be grateful, if you could help recover our fund from the said company and conduct investigation that may lead to why an organization in the United States would have behaved in this way, we had also written a formal letter to the United States Embassy, in Nigeria

Thanks as we look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Bankole Makinde

Greenlife breaches contract with Company

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, August 01, 2010

Greenlife entered into a purchase agreement with Beverage Plus.  Greenlife failed to honor the terms of the agreement and materially breached the contract.  Greenlife refused to honor the per unit pricing terms which left no profit to our company.  In an effort to resolve this dispute, several meetings were held with the Greenlife members of management.  No resolution was achieved after a year of efforts to solve the problem.  Beverage Plus products achieved full registration in Nigeria office of Food and Drug Administration which was based in part on the efforts we made with satisfying a host of requirements outlined by the Nigerian regulatory agency.  A permit was obtained and registration numbers assigned to our products there.
