Phil and Lucille Prince are the owners of the Beverly Hills Club on Wilshire Bvd. They have both engaged in several INVESTMENT SCAMS in several states. They dupe people into "investing" into their business plans...for silk fashions, for importing, for film screenings...and other dubious deals. They have ripped of numerous people for millions of dollars and are being investigated by District Attorneys in Las Vegas, NV and in Los Angeles, CA.

They lie to potential investors and promise all kinds of high income, benefits, Mercedes cars...and other incentives. Once the investors puts up some money or helps them secure funds...Phil and Lucille proceed to rip them off...and use the money for all types of silly, personal and non-business reasons.

They have also bounced checks on many people...including some cases that are in the Office of the District Attorney in Las Vegas, NV.

The fraud is extensive and has been done under the disguise of several corporate names: SILK FASHION GALLERIES, PRINCE RESORT GROUP, SILK RACING, and others--- from the State of Delaware, to Nevada and California and other places.

They have defrauded lenders -- such as CAPITOL ONE and WELLS FARGO.

They have defrauded banks using other people's credit --and getting credit cards under false pretenses. They have also threatened people who have challenged them or asked for repayment. Phil threatened a professional consultant when she asked for her fees based upon a written contract...threatened to "kill the woman" if she keeps complaining.

Complaints have been filed against these con-artists with all sorts of CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCIES...in California and in Nevada.

Hired to be a model

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, September 22, 2008

I worked with Phillip Prince through another company that should be investigated, Models International Talent Agency. The Modular Store, was to be the job I would be working with Phillip on. I and nineteen other girls were told they were hired and would be flown to China as well as given a 5K advance, and more. Phillip had me meet with him at least five times, each time I was told it would be a fitting and each time I got there he used me to make calls and help him do business, promising I would be one of his models for certain on his Modular Store launch. With his own tv station, videos to be shot filling 12 hours of media using models, to be looped every twelve hours. At least three shows one hour long to be filmed. Then, out of nowhere, I was told by Phillip Prince that my agents had upset him and he wouldn't be using them, he told us very personal info (us, there were three other very young, not like models, girls there). He said he would use us though and pay the agent for us, but would have to get new models now. That was a month or more ago. Phillip told me twice that I was part of the deal but have now found out they screwed over my agents, as I said who desserve to be investigated as they are hiring girls telling them they need new photos and which photographer to use, as well as getting 250.00 from you at the end to get your cards telling you that Kinkos is lousy and yet they end up using them. It's all very wierd.
