Complaint Review: Beverly Hills Luxury Auto Broker - Nate McClinton

I too was contacted by Nate McClinton in April of 2008 to sub lease my BMW 530i. At first the payments were made on time. but after a few months the due date which is on the 8th became not the due date but the 18th (10 day grace period) per Nate or as he calls it "the process" his client began paying past the due date and now his client has been paying past the grace period leaving me wondering if a payment would be made at all? This month the payment has not been made yet and it is now the 22nd of the month. I have BMW calling me everyday asking for payment. I have called Nate several times and he only texes me back stating he has tried to reach his client but has not received a return call and that he is at work. I keep asking Nate when will his company make the payment since his client has not? I have stated to him I do not want my credit tarnished and I will make the payment before that happens but in the meantime his client is driving my car for free. In addtion I have requested numberous times proof of insurance and milage count. I have not received any of this information which brings me to think the vehicle is not insured and the milage is over what is allowed per year and with the payment history of his client I am very weary that they will pay the difference when the time comes to return the car. Reading the other posts I have become concerned about who is driving the vehicle and the condition of it. The other posts are acurate to describe what is happening to me. Nate McClinton and his company has NOT steped up to the plate whatsoever to correct this sittuation. He charges his clients a huge broker fee which you would think would act as a reserve in the event his client does not make the payment but Nate refuses to bring the account current. Please also contact me if you had any problems with this company as I to want to take action against this company. I only hope I can find my car too.
