Beverly Hills Properties Inc Atum very unprofessional management office, did not returm my $1000.00 security deposit back after inspection of the unit they told me that only $100.00 would be deducted for cleaning, Beverly Hills, California
I want to report Beverly Hills Properties Inc management for their unproffesional way of treating their tenants, by ripping them off. I was a tenant for 5 years at one of there Glendale property.
When it was time to move out, gave them a 1 month moving notice, after that when we were ready to come out, an inspector ( Maggie Herrara ) came by to inspect the condition of the unit, said was very good and fair.
The security deposit was $1000.00, and the inspector told me that they deduct $100.00 for cleaning, and that I will get $ 900.00 refund on my security deposit.
After 2 months later the security deposit check came in the mail for only $500.00.
I called them right away to talk to them about the remaining amount, Spoke with ( Atum ) he was very rude, and didn't want to communicate with me, so therefor I send certified letters to The Owner about this matter, and went back and forth tring to call, and email them about this issue.
After about another 2 months went by I called the office and spoke with Debbie she told me that the check is going to be mailed out to you in a week. Waited another month, and nothing came in the mail.
Called the office one more time to check the status, after being on hold for 30 minutes Atum came on the line and guess what he told me that no check is being mailed to you, and that you may go to court.
