I was lead to believe by an article in the AARP magazine that you can achieve a whiter and brighter smile for less than $5.00 compared to the hundreds that the dentists charged.  All I had to do was order these two 'free' samples and just pay the shipping charges. To prevent being charged any further, I would have to cancel the services within 15days. I ordered the products and believing that the charges would never appear on my card, I cancelled within the 15day period. two-weeks later, charges of $8.95, $12.95, $87.16, $79.95, and a small trasaction fee attached to each since it was against my checking account card, started appearing. I called each number and promptly informed them that I had cancelled the servies. It was then that they informed me that without my returning the products, they would continue to charge me the 'monthly fees'! OUTRAGEOUS! I returned the products, each with a tracking number to the appropriate company and have yet to receive any type of refund even though they stated they would refund me after the return of the products! I thought I knew better than to get involved with any type of scam such as this but the source I relied upon led me to believe that it had been verified by them to be real!  Never again any free samples...nothing is 'FREE"!

No Refund Even after Calls & Promise

I returned the items to the company and gave them the USPS confirmation number. They promised to refund the money within six days. It has been sixty days and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND OR EXPLANATION as to why each and every time I call, I am passed off to one rep after another and they all promise the same thing, in six days! A total scam with a run-around. I am investigating how to retrieve my money through the Attorney General's office in AZ or CO. This is ridiculous. I gave them their product back and their still trying to keep my MONEY!!
