In August 2008, I have been to Dubai to invest in a pre-construction in Ajman. I saw a project named "Golden Heights" on a site named http://www.bevhomes.com which looked pretty professional and trustful. A seller of the company proposed me to go and see the area of the construction but there was nothing, just sand and after two hours by car, the persons in charge were finally unable to find the place where the project was located exactly. Anyway, the previous owner of the company, Mr. HABIB certified me that the construction has begun or it will be until I send the down payment of 20% until the end of the week. 5% to book the unit and 15% because the construction had started according to them. One week later when I went back home, I wired the 20% as agreed. A few weeks later I asked to get some updates or photos about the progress of the project "Golden Heights" but nothing had progressed. Now it has been 8 MONTHS and nothing has been done since I sent the down payment.

BEVERLY HOMES in Dubai didn't gave me any kind of instructions, I had to phone them again and again. Now the person who sold me the unit does no longer work there and the owner of the company has changed. No one considers my refund requests and they BLOCK my payment. It's obvious that they plan to keep my money forever and this website site will be online until I fully receive the 20% down payment I had sent for a construction which was supposed to begin when I sent the payment and which NEVER DID. Furthermore, no one replies to my emails nor to my phone calls. I think they are about to go bankrupt and they plan to go away with our money. The great customer service I received before sending the payment is no longer there. I think sharing this shameful situation with you online may help some investors to avoid this company.

Here are some project names sold by BEVERLY HOMES you should avoid:
Golden Heights, Lotus 2, Burjside Boulevard, Axis Residence and Desert Sun Residence in Dubai.

I thought pre-constructions and developers were honest and the construction business was well established in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) but I unfortunately noticed that unscrupulous developers and real estate agencies are the same everywhere. I hope this message will reach the authorities of Dubai in order to begin an investigation about the way this company named BEVERLY HOMES and its owner runs his business.

Such real estate companies must be closed in order to refund customers who invested their hardly earned economies in projects which stand on paper plans only.

I want my money back.
