Beverly Loan Company whose current CEO is Jordan Tabach-Bank was sued by El Paseo Jewelry Exchange, Inc. in Los Angeles Superior Court under file number BC357830 for loaning on allegedly stolen merchandise. The complaint states that Beverly Loan Company lent approximately $15,000 on a ring that was obtained illegally for $40,000. The complaint states that the ring was obtained by larceny by trick and/or theft by false pretenses. The Riverside County Sheriff's also became involved according to the complaint. The complaint does not state that Beverly Loan Company were cognizant of the theft and fraud, just that they made a loan on illegally obtained merchandise.

To correct the above title, it should say, "Beverly Loan Company gets sued for loaning on stolen merchandise Beverly Hills, California." It should also be noted that Jordan Tabach-Bank is the current CEO but was not the CEO during this incident.
