I suspect that he might have heroin addiction as the last time I saw him he had scabs all over his face, which is a tell tale sign. He is a 32 year old South Philly resident and lives at (((REDACTED))) in Point Breeze, but he uses a New Hope address on his invoices. He and his partner are very personable and professional at first, but the professionalism wore off as soon as he got my money. He never showed up to the job. I later found that he is putting together an impressive little rap sheet. Beware of Cohen Contracting!
