My daughter who has autism broke her leg due to a faulty with back yard swing and slide swing-n-slide.com/ in 2014, and we are still fighting in court over stupidness. The company refuses to admit any fault being theirs. My daughter was swinging on a beautiful day as I was watching her and all of a sudden she went up on the swing and then the seat fell apart and my beauty came landing down on the ground unable to move with her leg looking like a wave in the ocean. She had to be rushed screaming and crying in pain the the ER where she had x-rays, and had to be put in a wheel chair and cast for a broken tibia. I was astonished and in shock I only purchased the swing seat a few days prior to the accident. The swing seat did not even last a week before it threw my daughter off and fell apart. Can you imagine having an autistic daughter who cannot talk well enough for herself or defend herself fall down due to some cheap China made product that has not been tested adequately. I endured lots of tears and months of doctor visits and trauma emotionally and physically. My daughter endured nights of sleeplessness, depression and weight loss due to agonizing pain and months of being cripple having to be bathed washed and fed by me and helpers.
Some days we had to lift her down the stairs just to take her to the hospital for x-rays and bandage changes she was only a hairline away from a full operation. Now this greedy company does not even want to pay for any pain and suffering or medical bills. Big corporations like this suck they do not have your child’s interest at heart at all they only care about is the bottom line MONEY. They even want a child that has been clinically proven mentally unable to testify because of severe autism to prove the pain she encountered. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND CALL THE COMPANY AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT A DISGRACE THEY ARE. They pledge safety but they do not honor any safety at all. CALL THEM AT 1800-888-1232 AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT A DISGRACE THEY ARE THEY DON’T CARE IF YOUR KIDS FALL OR DIE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. IF THAT WAS NOT TRUE WHY WOULD THEY DRAG A CASE ON FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND PUT MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER THRU NEEDLESS TEARS AND TRAUMA FOR A FEW DOLLARS!! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Janesville firm recalls 72,000 swing seats

Swing-N-Slide Corp., a Janesville manufacturer of backyard playground equipment, is voluntarily recalling 72,000 swing seats because a metal component securing the seat may break and cause the rider to fall to the ground.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said in a press release that there has been five reports of a swing breaking, but no injuries were reported.
The products being recalled are extra-duty and heavy-duty plastic Swing-N-Slide swing seats sold in green (extra-duty) or yellow (heavy-duty). The swing was sold at Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace, DIBC, TruServ, Handy Hardware and Emery Warehouse stores nationwide from January 20004 through June 2004 for about $30.
For more information, consumers should contact Swing-N-Slide at (800) 888-1232. Swing-N-Slide is a division of PlayCore Inc., a Chattanooga, Tenn.-based manufacturer of commercial and residential playground equipment.

Swing N Slide Corporation in Janesville, WI is also known as PlayCore Inc. and http://www.gametime.com/
They use different names to cover there evil and dirty ways. They have been sued so many times its crazy.
