BEWARE OF FIRST FINANCIAL!!!!!!!!!!
Let me say first of all that I totally agree with the reporter of 11-13-2001! I am truly writing this on behalf of my daughter who was contacted via phone by First Financial in June 2001,shortly after graduation from high school. I have also been trying to get in touch with them since Sept 12 2001 for her when I realized something was amiss. On Sept 12 I spoke with a male named Jesse (no number given) He would not give me a supervisor Name or other contact either. Since they will not discuss the matter with me, only my daughter and she is not home during the day all efforts to get them to call back have been useless as she is a college student and works during the evening. WHO EVER HEARD OF A LEGITIMAATE COMPANY SUCH AS THIS THAT HAS AN ANSWERING SERVICE THAT HAS TO RETURN YOUR CALL ANYWAY??????? Jesse also gave me the address of P.O. Box 8010, Rolling Meadows, Il 60008 Tomorrow we are going to the Bank to try and get her checking account straightened out and determine who the latest payee is listed only as Medical Shield on her statement draft for 199.95 (unknown to us) On her next day off we will attempt another call to these theives and will probally be visiting an attorneys office subsequently. (This is a real shame) I feel confident that if this is ever settled my daughter will have learned a lesson for a lifetime!!!!
